How do I book a cleaner?
You can book a cleaner online here through our website, by phone, or via email. Once your booking is confirmed, we will match you with a suitable cleaner.
How many hours should I book?
Small Flats (1-2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom) – 2-3 hours
Medium Homes (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) – 3-5 hours
Large Homes (4+ bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms) – 5-8 hours
Do I need to pay upfront?
We charge an admin fee upfront based on the number of hours you book per month. This fee is non-refundable. The cleaner’s hourly rate is paid directly to them on the day of service.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance without any additional charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled clean will result in the admin fee being non-refundable.
Do you provide cleaning supplies?
No, clients must provide their own cleaning supplies and equipment.
Are your cleaners vetted?
Yes, all our cleaners undergo a DBS check and background screening before they start working with us.
What if my cleaner does not show up?
If your cleaner does not arrive, please contact us immediately. We will either reschedule your cleaning or send a replacement.
How often should I book a cleaner?
This depends on your needs. We offer one-off, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cleaning plans.
